I am in pursuit of all things funky. The goal of this is to perpetually enjoy life on this planet. I love music, I love rhythym and melody like my two parents. Mom is the rhythm, providing the anchor the whole enchilada, and dad is the melody. My goal in life is to make a lasting contribution to how we as humans make art and/ or music through the use of digital technology.

DJing as wide a variety of styles as I can almost imagine (a rececnt set I threw down on the Haight in SF consisted of Stereolab, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, The Pink Panther theme, Talking Heads, B52's, Johnny Cash, the mancub theme from Disney's The Jungle Book, Stray Cats and old jamican ska from Bob Marley. I am also very interested in the use of computers, especially my own computer, for making music with. Despite my having an ecclectic style and taste, a disproportionate amount of a single genre outshines the others in terms of my own creativity, and that is house music. I love house music, and I always will. It is what I first learned to mix starting back in 1997, and it is still my favorite. Whether it be mixing records or making music on my computer, house music dominates the musically creative space in my brain.
